My damages against Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii keep adding up

No power due to Pro Solar Hawaii during storm
This past week I have added further to my damages against Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii. Which, I might add, are starting to add up. So I might need to ask for more than the $1,000,000 I am asking for.

Before I go on about my damages, let me update the going one of the active cases I have against Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii.

Unfortunately, nothing is happening on this front. Since the significant RICO complaint I filed was found against him, I can only assume it exacts considerable damage to his case. At this moment were all sitting around waiting to see what he could possibly try and claim to show he did not rip me off.00

Anyway, let's get back to the damages part of this post.

Over the past week, the high winds and hefty rain knocked out the power for 24+ hours in my area. Leaving me without power from HELCO. My system was subject to sunlight and, although not generating as much electricity as if the panels had been installed as per the county-approved plan. They still were making electricity.

See Video Above!

Had the inverter been installed as I ordered when installed by Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii I would have the power outlet and Bluetooth connection. I would have at least enough power during daylight hours to run my satellite internet modem, WiFI router, and or charge phones and laptops.

Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii, knew that I wanted this model power inverter for the power outlet and Bluetooth connection. Which was made clear to me was no problem. This is evident because Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii has pointed out that this was not part of the system he tried to sell me repeatedly.

Pro Solar Hawaii Faulty Install
Yet, I do not have what I made clear I wanted when I bought the system. So, for the past 5 years plus, the power has gone out. I don't have the design I paid for to use for its intended purpose; I am and have been adding to the provable damages I receive.

Here is a thought. In this gigantic world, world wide web, internet or whatever. Some business students are writing a thesis on the total lack of any responsibility Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii has taken to resolve this matter with me.

I can almost see the thesis witting about how It does not make good business sense to continue spending money on this only as a matter of personal pride.

Going into great detail about how any "reasonable man." would see that by not at a minimum honestly trying to resolve this amicably given the risks of significant punitive damages in the end.

In the final paragraph of this hypothetical thesis, I guess it"ll say that Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii has made horrible mistakes dealing with this customer. Mistakes that no really innocent business would continue to make.

Unless, of course, they know they are wrong and really are just trying to have the inevitable delayed as long as possible. If so, isn't that worthy of extensive punitive damages?

I admit Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii taught me something

As I have reviewed the last month since my last post, I admit Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii taught me something. Yes, there are the Hawaii Civil Legal workings, free speech legalities, and how bad a solar contractor I find Ryan Thompson is. But let us just focus on the time period of the past month. All those things listed are true and things I have learned. But, it's important to focus.

I admit Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii taught me something. This is something that I have learned I never really fully appreciated. You read or hear about people's blogs having a response that changes lives. 1 person reads a blog then is inspired to get involved and help another. It's a magical thing and a feel-good story for all.

Hawaii Solar Business Diary

Before I started this blog, I assumed that nobody with past issues themself with Ryan would read it. I just never even considered it would appear in the search engines or directories. It was just a diary to document the legal abuse I feel I am subject to. As I do in almost every post, I wanted to show just a fraction of my reason for being upset. For example, how can anyone dispute my post': Pro Solar Hawaii does not know how to read an architect plan? I think of how Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii did not follow an architect's county-approved plan when installing my solar system? It was the plan filed for the permit.

The bottom line is I admit Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii taught me something. He has taught me the power of the blog. I could never have possibly conceived that so many people who had issues with Ryan Thompson would read my blog and reach out to me. Then, in an even bigger shock, people who had issues with Ryan Thompson would go directly to my attorney with their offers to get involved.

I am really gobsmacked that a poorly written nothing of a blog can generate so many readers. It is not like it's an open post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram with millions of people scrolling through. For anyone to find this blog, they really had to work for it. No joke!

I admit Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii taught me something

Admittedly the story in the local paper By JOHN BURNETT Hawaii Tribune-Herald | Thursday, April 19, 2018, Solar contractor sues former customer to remove blog generated many people seeking out my blog. So, I am guessing this is mostly how so many people that had issues with Ryan Thompson would know to seek out this blog at all.

I cannot say how many of the readers of this blog are people looking for a Pro Solar Hawaii Review. If you are one of them. Please do not use this blog as your only reason for doing business with Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii. There is plenty of other bad things you can see people that have dealt with Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii have said or filed complaints about him, it, or them. I know I am suing him as a sole propitiator or something like that.

I admit Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii taught me something more then just the power of a blog to capture a reader's interest. However, maintaining this blog has taught me more on a personal level. Maybe a better way to explain this is to say maintaining this blog has improved me in the following ways:

  • I am a better writer. - If you need proof. See where this started and read to now. You can't miss the improvement.
  • Not to be fearful of my bad grammar, writing style. - It's hard to put all this out there and have people read it. If I was a better person, I'd have hired a ghostwriter..haha
  • It is better to stand for what you believe in than to bow down out of fear.- It is better to fight for your truth even if you lose. Not fighting back leads to a lot of not standing up for your truth.
  • The written word is power! - I never really believed this. The response (as I have repeatedly posted about it) has been incredible! I could have imagined nothing like it in my wildest dreams.
  • The truth is absolute. - Absolutely it is.
  • Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii loves this blog. - I don't know that last statement is true. But, one could assume so because he does not accept the substantial mountain of credible evidence against him that gets larger daily and settle this case before I am awarded $1,000,000 by a jury.
There is a lot more I could have added to the above list, but this post is starting to become very long. I know you must think it is hard for me to admit Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii taught me something. It is not at all. Admitting this just shows my growth as a person.
Pro Solar Hawaii

This is not so much a Pro Solar Hawaii Review post as it is a  post to give credit where credit is due. It is important to show the positive side of even the darkest person. This post was an attempt to do just that. So, freely, openly, and without remorse, I admit Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii taught me something.

Pro Solar Hawaii the FTC and the CRFA of 2016

It has been suggested that now that I have received the letter from the Hawaii Regulated Complaints office, I should file a complaint with the FTC about Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii has filed a lawsuit for my online reviews of the horrible service I received from him. I might point out Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii did not defend himself in any kind of a hearing to the RICO charges; he/just paid the fine. Yet, spends thousands of dollars to sue me for leaving reviews of him. Odd, no?

Pro Solar Hawaii the FTC and the CRFA of 2016

But, let us not stray off course. In 2016  due to the enormous number of lawsuits in the court systems, congress was forced to pass The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) This act is to protect people’s ability to share their honest opinions about a business’s products, services, or conduct, in any forum, including social media.

The law, as written, protects most honest consumer assessments, including online reviews, social media posts, upload photos/videos, etc. But, of wonder, it's not just product reviews it covers. It also applies to consumer evaluations of a company’s customer service. Is this not ultimately what this blog is?

Now, that last paragraph is important. Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii has often said that my posting reviews of the well-proven horrible service I received from him violates our contract. A contract that it appears even RICO says is not a valid contract. See, Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii says that an arbitration clause prevented me from posting my reviews and issues. I swear that's not an exaggeration.

On July 5th, 2018, Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii through his attorney, filed in the Circuit Court of the third district in the state and county of Hawaii an amended complaint about "breach of contract." In "Count 1 - Breach Of Contract," paragraph 12 says my posting reviews is a violation of the contract. (see below)

This, as I have been informed, turns out to violate the CRFA. I've visited the FTC website, and I gotta tell ya, it looks clear to me to be a violation! I am no lawyer and have no idea if I understand it correctly. One has to ask:  Now, why would a lawyer admit in a court filing that his client has breached the CRFA? The FTC website is obvious.

"To make sure your company is complying with the Consumer Review Fairness Act:

  • Review your form contracts, including online terms and conditions; and
  • Remove any provision that restricts people from sharing their honest reviews, penalizes those who do, or claims copyright over peoples’ reviews (even if you’ve never tried to enforce it or have no intention of enforcing it)."
I have not, as of posting, spoken to my attorney about this. I am going to. If this is a violation of the CRFA, it is my duty as an American to inform the FTC of this intimidation. I've really got nothing to lose. I have the evidence of the violation in a paper filed in the court by Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii legal representative.

At this point, I have no reason not to file with the FTC about this. I could be wrong. In which case, nothing happens. But if I am correct, "The law specifies that a violation of the CRFA will be treated the same as violating an FTC rule defining an unfair or deceptive act or practice. This means that your company could be subject to financial penalties, as well as a federal court order." If I were Ryan Thompson, dba Pro Solar Hawaii my action would concern me in the penalties would scare the hell outta me.

Because I am being asked

It has become apparent to me that I didn't include enough information in my last post.  I didn't think to include what it is Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii did to receive the $2500 fine.

Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii
So, because I am being asked, let me explain exactly what regulated industries complaint office found that was a violation. In the "settlement before filing of petition for disciplinary action and boards final order" In Section A, Sentence #5 it says they want to go after Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii for violation of Hawaii Revised Statute: 444-25.5 (required disclosures in homeowners contract.)

In addition violations of Hawaii Administrative Rules: 16-77-80 (required information and disclosures in homeowners contract.) Plus, the major blow to Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii, 16-77-97 (poor workmanship). See for yourself it's attached to the blog post.

You're probably asking yourself, what this means? Because I am being asked, let me say I am not a lawyer and the following information is based on a Google search. I may have interpreted it wrong. Here is how I interpret this:

The first 2 violations are pretty self-explanatory. A legal contract between a contractor and a consumer must include explicit "information and disclosures" those disclosures and information were not part of my contract with Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii.

It also says in this "settlement before filing of petition for disciplinary action and boards final order" in Section B Sentance #5, that Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii "acknowledges RICO has sufficient cause to file petition for disciplinary action.." Quick question, how does one with a straight face say, "I didn't do anything wrong but, I acknowledge sufficient cause". How do they expect anyone including themselves, to believe they "did nothing wrong"? Don't you basically admit something is wrong with acknowledgment of sufficient cause?

But, what about the "major blow" to Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii? The violation of 16-77-97 (poor workmanship) statute is due to not doing work based on industry standards.  Which, if you read the whole page added above, was my complaint!

In the end, we all know why a bad solar contractor such as Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii took the settlement and paid the $2500 fine. After admitting there is cause to go after him. He could never prove that he did not do anything wrong. A guy spending 1000's trying to drag me through the legal system on a case he has to know he cannot win. Isn't going to be shy about defending one of the many complaints to the Hawaii regulated industries complaint office if he didn't do anything wrong, of course. Yep, mine is not the only complaint, now or, in the past.

Before I continue, I'd like to give a shout out to all the lawyers (mostly mine; Peter L. Steinberg, Attorney at Law), people from all over the world, especially Hawaii, that have contacted my lawyer or me personally with advice, offers to testify against Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii, and support both moral and financial. You really prove this blog is in the public interest. Mahalo Nui Loa!

I'd like to take a moment to add a little something to this post for Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii eyes to read. Dude, your cases are totally screwed! I can only assume by your actions you are not as bright as the rest of the bulbs in the ceiling fan. Every day you don't come to my terms and settle with me, is another day closer to guaranteeing I get awarded the $1,000,000 I am suing you for.

Bad Hawaii Solar Contractor

Hopefully, nobody ever gets a bad Hawaii solar contractor. If by chance you do, and you live in the state of Hawaii, there is always The Regulated Industries Complaints Office.

If you get a bad Hawaii solar contractor and think what they did to you was not appropriate for a Hawaii solar contractor you can and should file a complaint with R.I.C.O. I am not going to lie to you and give you false hope. It will take years. This is not an instant gratification thing. What you complain about might not even be considered by R.I.C.O. to be of reason to pursue it further. To which I say "SO WHAT". It was and is to me to be more important to report a bad Hawaii solar contractor. What if what was done to you was/is a serious violation? As a consumer, you should stand up for yourself.

If you have been following my diary/blog you know I had what I consider to be a bad Hawaii Solar Contractor that many years ago (2015) I filed a complaint with R.I.C.O. about my issues with Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii. Yes, it really was all the way back in 2015. It has resolved in my favor.

Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii Lawsuit Continues!

 [intro soap opera organ music]

We have now been through mediation, and just last Friday(3/5/2021) Ryan Thompson and I with our attorneys had a Zoom settlement conference with the judge in our case. No settlement has arisen from this meeting to date. I do appreciate that this judge is giving  Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii and myself the opportunity to save us both from spending $30,000+ to prove our cases.

All was not lost. I mean, it was very productive even if no settlement was reached. Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii now knows that if this goes to a jury trial I am asking for $1,000,000.00 for the damages caused by him. Will a jury in Hawaii award that amount to a consumer that was libeled per se and wronged severely by a Hawaii solar contractor? Yes, I think so. When a jury sees my evidence and what my treatment was by Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii including his frivolous lawsuit about my writing on these issues, I have no doubt whatsoever that 19 out of 20 juries will be sympathetic to me over that Hawaii solar contractor.

I have now learned that Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii is seeking $250,000 in damages from me in their lawsuit. something that had never been laid out in any of his court filings.  I assume it got under his skin with my $1,000,000 offer to settle. I have also learned that there is absolutely no evidence or proof of any damages in any court filing so far. I am no lawyer, but I can read a court filing. Let me tell you, dear reader, go and get the filings yourself (I assume you can) and read them. Here a headline for the local paper from them, "Hawaii Solar Contractor claims defy reality"

One can only speculate why any Hawaii solar contractor who has recently lost an arbitration case for a substantial amount would ever be eager to continue a lawsuit against someone seeking $1,000,000 from them? If it were me, I would assume that fact would be used to show a history, and the last thing I would want a jury to know is about having lost that arbitration. I think that's pretty damning evidence. Heck, I'd be worried about all the problems I've had with other customers coming to light in front of a jury. Especially if I was a Hawaii solar contractor with a history of problems with past customers.

Expanding on my previous thought. One also would have to question why Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii does not at least settle on the defamation per se he is facing. His attorney has had to advise him I would think that he is never going to be able to win that case, please feel free to see one of many examples of said defamation per see. [previous post] It is pretty clear as to what was the intent of posting that to Yelp on a different review than my review of a Hawaii solar contractor, Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii. Agin that is only one example. I definitely would not want a jury to read them all when I am pleading my case.

I have had one idea/question/thing flopping around in my head since our meeting with the judge on Friday. Is Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii listening to his lawyer's advice?  Is his attorney advising him that going to a jury trial is in his best interest? I mean no disrespect to Al Thompson who is Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii attorney (no relation). He seems like a pleasant enough guy in my interactions with him in the courtroom.  But, on the other hand, if Al Thompson has a client that's not following his advice, he can always ask the court to be removed from the case. So there's that thought too to ponder.

I believe that Al Thompson is experiencing firsthand what I and others have experienced in our professional dealings with Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii. I believe that Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii is making this case a living hell for Al Thompson. I guess that no matter how hard Ryan Thompson's dba Pro Solar Hawaii's attorney tries to give the best advice to him, Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii just doesn't get it. I assume that the best legal advice that can be afforded by Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii is being given to him. I know that my legal bills so far come to $6,000 in this case. I would guess that the legal bills that are being generated over in the Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii camp are somewhere around double that.

Let us take a moment to analyze this. if we go under the assumption that Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii has spent roughly $12,000 on his case against me so far, and I paid roughly $20,000 for my system, he under the assumption has lost all profit on his sale and installation of my screwed up solar system to me. Does it not seem idiotic to spend $30,000 on lawyer and court costs to risk ending up paying me $1,000,000 plus costs when you lose? Even more so when one of your claims is that your losing business due to this blog. The question is it not evident that because you can spend $30,000+ and risk paying $1,000,000+ suing me proof in itself that business is not being hurt by this blog a claim in the lawsuit??

[soap opera organ mood music]

The judge told me it would take 3 years to get this case in front of a jury. that's 3 years of me posting updates to this blog. 3 years of exactly what Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii claims is what he doesn't want because (at least to the court) it is hurting his business. One needs to spend a moment contemplating this. Would a rational person with a business interest consider it's better to fight a case against a blogger and spend 3 years giving said blog content to post?

Here is another thought Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii might want to consider.  Will a jury be understanding of 3 years on top of the past time spent on this case, of intentional emotional distress this Hawaii solar contactor is causing me? Will this jury 3 years from now say, "that's messed up" and award me over the $1,000,000 I ask for on intentional emotional distress alone? I suspect that it is going to be impossible not to get a jury's sympathy on this issue.

I want to say something directly to Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii. You had better get your ego in check dude. You are about to go down a path that is going to dramatically change your life. Everyone here in Hawaii would agree it's never a smart idea to jump in the water with bleeding wounds when there are Tiger sharks in the water.

To end this blog post with a lot of gratitude. I want to express my sincere appreciation to my attorney Peter L. Steinberg Esq. for his unwavering support during this case.

Pro Solar Hawaii mediation is on

After almost a year Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii, and myself have a set day and time for our court suggested mediation with Ku'ikahi Mediation Center.

I have mixed feelings about this. It certainly could be a good thing. I give a little, he gives a little, and we can end these lawsuits. In theory its a achievable outcome. Theories are just a fancy way of guessing in the end.

In oder for mediation to be successful Ryan Thompson dba Pro solar Hawaii and myself must be honest about the problem. This has been one of my top complaints about dealing with him. From the get go I have not received honesty. I have been repeatedly lied to. I want to believe Ryan Thompson dba Pro solar Hawaii will be honest for the mediation but I fully expect alot of decent, or alot of lies.

Respect is another thing necessary in mediation. As it is, Ryan Thompson dba Pro solar Hawaii  went on Yelp and posted a slanderous/libel post about me on a review I made about another business.  So, yeah not expecting much respect from him during mediation.

In the end, I only believe that we have a mediation date/time now because of a scheduled meeting with the judge December 22 for an update. I filed my paperwork for the mediation in January 2020 as soon as I received it. Mediation is done by zoom so I guess its not Covid that was the delay. To be fair, it could have been Covid...lol

I would hope that Ryan Thompson dba Pro solar Hawaii sees mediation as a quiet way to save himself from reading my continuous posts as I deal with his frivolous lawsuit which i believe its real intention in the beginning was to intimidate to remove my blog posts.

Unfortunately for Ryan Thompson dba Pro solar Hawaii, i doubt he was expecting my countersuits for libel per se, and screwing up my solar system install. We have not even started on these lawsuits  yet. Again,  here is an opportunity through mediation to save himself the cost, time,  embarrassment of trying to defend the indefensible.

I hope we can come to an agreement during mediation. If not, theres going to be alot more of these diary posts as we continue through the courts.

What is new with the Ryan Thompson d.b.a. Pro Solar Hawaii case?

If I were considering using Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii at this point, I would definitely hold off on hiring them as they may not be in business when RICO gets done or, that they may not even be able to stay open after I win my case.

So, what is new with the Ryan Thompson d.b.a. Pro Solar Hawaii case? Not much really.  I have no idea why, but the number of people reading this blog has reached new levels over the past weeks.  The most popular post being "Pro Solar Hawaii does not know how to read an architect plan I think" and "A journal of dealing with Pro Solar Hawaii from a ripped off customer" The sudden spike in readers is clearly a good thing.

What is new with the Ryan Thompson d.b.a. Pro Solar Hawaii case?

What else is new? My complaint to RICO is moving along. I understand they are getting ready to put my complaint in front of a council. Has taken 5 years but its all good. I am confident that Ryan Thompson d.b.a. Pro Solar Hawaii is not going to like the outcome of this. I feel good that there is some agreement with me that Ryan Thompson d.b.a. Pro Solar Hawaii did not do things as they should be done.

Back in Feb. there was a hearing on a Better Business Bureau of Hawaii motion to be removed from the case. I found it interesting that the actual attorney that filed the motion was not the attorney representing the BBB in court. I honestly didn't know it could be done this way. I really thought the attorney that signed the motion had to appear in court.

The plaintiff Ryan Thompson was not in court. It was only a hearing on a motion. Besides, he's only the one to bring the lawsuit. That is why he is the plaintiff. It's not important really. <~ sarcasm
I guess one could assume he couldn't make it to court because he could not afford the money for petrol to drive over. I dunno. I do know Ryan was not in court, but for his lawyer. who oddly had no position in the matter. Really? You have no position to weather you have to sue the BBB as well as me? That seems odd.

What is new with the Ryan Thompson d.b.a. Pro Solar Hawaii case 2

I would have to be tied up to keep me away. Lol I'm in it to win it. Besides, if you were paying for someone to argue your position for you, don't ya wanna see what you are getting first hand?  Maybe that's just me?
The Better Business Bureau of Hawaii's position was that they were not sued correctly. I don't understand the legal argument or law behind their position.
I, through my lawyer, filed an objection to the BBB's motion.  I believe that they should not be removed because it is their website Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii says he lost a contract because of my complaint published for all to read.
I did file a complaint to the BBB.  That complaint was published on the BBB website along with 2 other complaints.  I have no control over what the BBB published to their website.
The judge seemed to agree with my position in the matter. He denied the BBB motion.

What is new with the Ryan Thompson d.b.a. Pro Solar Hawaii case 4

There is no question now that the BBB and I are both being sued by Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii. I am certainly open to working with the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii against Pro Solar Hawaii's lawsuit.
I have a very strong feeling at this point that Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii knows full well they are going to lose their case. I have also provided evidence to him that will prove my lawsuit against him is a slam dunk win for me.
If I were considering using Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii at this point, I would definitely hold off on hiring them as they may not even have a contractor's license when RICO gets done or, that they may not even be able to stay open after I win my case. Better safe than sorry.

Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii vs. Me & Better Business Bureau of Hawaii soap opera

I am back with another update on the Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii vs. Me & Better Business Bureau of Hawaii Me vs. Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii soap opera. I do ask to be forgiven for not keeping this blog more up to date.

My last post was "Pro Solar Hawaii Gets Sued By Customer For Libel Per Se". In my last post, I gave you all a glimpse, no. It was a complete clearly visible case of the libel that anyone with a 1st-grade education can see was done with clear malice and intent to cause me personally extreme harm. Unlike Pro Solar Hawaii's case against me, I show clear, unmistakable evidence of Ryan Thompson's guilt. Here is what I posted to Yelp that Ryan felt was so bad that he had to libel me in such an extremely vile manner.

Please feel free to go read my last post. I'll wait for you to get back.

Now for this post, I want you all to see exactly what is Ryan's response to my counter lawsuit. It is all posted below:

His response to my claim would be funny if it were not so sad. All kidding aside, Ryan Thompson has to be the worst businessman in the state of Hawaii. I guess there could be worse a businessman in Hawaii, I don't know. He has to know at this point that he is just running himself outta business. But, he still tries to be right. Really sad.

I have been asked about the BBB (Better Business Bureau) response to being sued as well by Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii. Well, all I can say is that they want to be dismissed from the case for basically the exact same reasons I did. I'm going to out on a limb and say that the BBB ain't too happy about it.

I have had confirmation that Ryan Thompson is being sued by someone else as well. This Ryan Thompson seems to be good at pissing people off for whatever reason. It's a really small island, word gets around pretty fast.

So, Ryan Thompson is now pissing off his neighbors here on the Big Island? If you are a neighbor of Ryan Thompson, I would really be interested in reading what he is doing to upset you all. Email me and tell me about it. One would think when your life is going down the crapper, you at least don't piss off your neighbors. I mean, HELLO!

More in the next post. Happy New year. Except for Ryan Thompson. I sure it will be, and hope it is, his worst year yet. lol

The only proof that Pro Solar Hawaii sues Better Business Bureau of Hawaii is the photo attached to this blog post. Just when I didn't think Ryan Thompson dba. Pro Solar Hawaii could make what any real businessman would easily consider an idiot, hairbrained move by any standard. Ryan Thompson dba. Pro Solar Hawaii sues the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii, I think.

Though it appears that Ryan Thompson dba. Pro Solar Hawaii has sued the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii, I am not 100% sure that he has not just added the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii to the court papers. I have no 100% proof that the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii even knows they are being sued.

Now, before I get too far here. It must be pointed out that for Ryan Thompson dba. Pro Solar Hawaii to continue his/its lawsuit against me for what I published in 2015, as did The Better Business Bureau of Hawaii that same year, A judge had ruled that Ryan Thompson dba. Pro Solar Hawaii had to join The Better Business Bureau of Hawaii in this lawsuit. (see: Review of Pro Solar Hawaii Court Case) This they have done. Ryan Thompson dba. Pro Solar Hawaii is suing  The Better Business Bureau of Hawaii. Let that sink in for a moment.

If Ryan Thompson dba. Pro Solar Hawaii has no business and has lost contracts for business due to me and the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii again, a big IF, Trying to sue me, and the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii is not the best use of your time or money, I would guess.
I would also guess that by continuing the frivolous lawsuit he has started with me, and now the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii (as it seems), is newsworthy to the public and is in its interest for me to post.  I am going to be making blog posts about everything truthful about this case to this blog and all of the social media sites it might be shared to around the world.

Stay tuned for the next "Chris bomb!" It should be really interesting.

Review of Pro Solar Hawaii Court Case

Lets get going with this Review of Pro Solar Hawaii court case post. The shortest funniest way to do this is to say that they got their derriere handed to them gift wrapped today. I'd say there is a tear that was shed today.
Review of Pro Solar Hawaii Court Case

Well now, what a special day in court! Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii I'm going to guess is not happy at all after todays court hearing.  There appeared to be extra squirming on his (Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii ) part before and after the Judge made their case against me twice as hard and i would guess twice as expensive for them.

If you have followed my blog as I keep it updated as to what happens as I deal with what i see as the worst solar contractor company on the Big Island of Hawaii, Pro Solar Hawaii.  You know in the case of Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii  vs. Me, I had left off where I filed motions with the court (Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii lawsuit update 2.0).   One was the "Motion of Defendant to Strike References to Matters Covered by Rule 408." This goes to Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii's claim that my offers of settlement were nothing but an attempt to extort money from them.  Funny thing is that as of today, my first settlement offer would have been cheaper for Pro Solar Hawaii than the amount it's going to be after this and upcoming cases will be in total.  LOL!

Today his Honorable Judge approved my "Motion to Strike References to Matters Covered by Rule 408" -- my settlement offer made at the request of Pro Solar Hawaii.  I'm not a big city lawyer. Nor do I play one on TV. But i am going to go out on a limb and say the part of their lawsuit where they claim "blackmail and extortion" is now out for good.  It was silly for Pro Solar Hawaii to even try.  Although, I do find that they did all kinds of silly things when I hired them. See my post - Pro Solar Hawaii does not know how to read an architect plan I think.

The next beauty handed to Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii is that my "Motion of Defendant to Dismiss Amended Complaint for Failure to Join Necessary Party" produced an order by his Honorable Judge that to be able to sue me, they have to also sue the Better Business Bureau.  By claiming that Thomas Paddock, CEO of Sound Research Corporation, decided not to do business with him based on what the Better Business Bureau posted to their website. The Judge says that the BBB must be sued with me. This is not going to be an easy task for Pro Solar Hawaii. One can easily see that to sue the BBB is going to cost a lot of money. Not only in filing costs, service, etc., but the BBB I'd say are going to call in the big guns from Honolulu. This makes me especially giddy as now I will know exactly why Pro Solar Hawaii lost its BBB accreditation, and that I  had been lied to by Pro Solar Hawaii using the BBB's name.

Pro Solar Hawaii is now in a world of shi-!

I also can't help wondering if Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii bringing the BBB into a lawsuit will keep Ryan Thompson from ever having a business accredited with them ever again?  I can't believe the BBB is going to be too happy to hear that a formerly accredited business is suing them for what they posted to their website.  Truth be told, I truly and honestly do hope that Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii does not decide to drop his case instead of trying to bring the BBB into their  frivolous lawsuit.  It's worth every penny to me just to watch Ryan Thompson in court.

I do have to admit in the spirit of transparency that not all my motions today were granted by the court. My "Motion of Defendant to Dismiss Amended Complaint for Failure to State a Claim Upon Which Relief Can Be Granted, or in the Alternative,  for a More Definitive Statement" was not granted at this point.  Please!  No pity party for me yet, thank you..

I'm only guessing when I tell you the reason is, it would be moot because the case cannot be moved forward until the BBB is added as a Defendant.  That does not mean it will not be granted later. Pro Solar Hawaii may just decide costs and time are going to be outside their comfort zone.  I do beg them to continue, I really do.  I still have many other things for this case up my sleeve.   I'll bet this case will make one from the TV show LA Law look like a small claims court case from BFE. :)

That is the Review of Pro Solar Hawaii court case. I look forward to seeing just how Ryan Thompson dba Pro Solar Hawaii  decides they want to proceed.
