Latest Pro Solar Hawaii Case Update

Here is the Latest Pro Solar Hawaii Case Update. This update on the Pro Solar Hawaii case and news from the state of Hawaii regulated industries complaints office is fresh off the press.

Bet you all thought I forgot about this blog. Nope. Remember this is a diary, which means I just keep it updated as events occur. Not much happening in a year worth noting.

The Judge had ordered the lawyers to try and settle it amongst themselves. Ryan Thompson or Pro Solar Hawaii's Lawyer offered to drop their cases against me if I dropped my cases against them and not post to this very blog. LOL! That was a non-starter for me.

The Judge also ordered Ryan Thompson DBA: Pro Solar Hawaii and me to attempt mediation before we continue with the case. I assume that due to all this coronavirus mess that mediation has been delayed. I am hoping to hear from Kuikahi mediation soon so that I can start deposing everyone involved. This part is going to be a lot of fun for me personally. Probably not so much for Ryan Thompson and people associated with him and Pro Solar Hawaii. That should give me days and days of content to add to this blog.

So, that's where we are in court. Like every court case, it takes a long time.to work its way through the system. Yet there is news about my complaint to the state of Hawaii regulated industries complaints office.

I received a letter from R.I.C.O. in RE to my complaint it says

Ryan Thompson DBA: Pro Solar Hawaii, Cypress Electrical, Cypress Communications. Case No. CLB-2015-231

I don't why Cypress Electrical, Cypress Communications is included with Pro Solar Hawaii in the letter. I again assume that these are Doing Business As names he has or is using for some business.

The basis for the letter is to inform me that they are moving forward with my complaint. "your complaint against the respondent(s) will be assigned to an attorney in our Legal Section for review and disposition." This is good news. This just means that investigators believe enough in my complaint to pursue to disposition.

Form whatever opinion you like. My opinion is that if my complaint was good enough for R.I.C.O. to pursue this point, I am going to easily be able to convince a jury I was screwed by Ryan Thompson DBA: Pro Solar Hawaii. The truth is the truth. R.I.C.O. handles complaints all the time that are frivolous and ended before they get to this point. This just makes me more excited about having Ryan Thomson DBA: Pro Solar Hawaii in a court with a jury.
